  Order Policy
 
Most of our US customers receive their orders within 5-8 business days, based on product availability.
We charge flat shipping and handling fee of $8.50 per order for US customers.
We also offer Express service, 1-3 business day(s) for $24.00 on all of our items.
We accept the following payment methods: AMEX, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders.
Our products are shipped via US Mail or UPS in a plain cardboard box.  
Shipments should be checked immediately upon receipt. Duplicate shipments, incorrect merchandise, or any errors in shipment on our part will be corrected by our Customer Service Department upon notification of the error. Notification must be made within 5 days of receipt of the goods.

 
  Return Policy
We recommend that you give careful consideration upon choosing any wig or hair replacement for yourself.
Please, "BE AWARE" OF THE WIG MANUFACTURERS POLICIES before making any final decision.

Damaged Merchandise
In the event damaged merchandise is received, retain the original shipping carton and take the following steps that apply:

Untied Parcel Service (UPS) - Contact your local UPS office for an inspection report. Have the UPS return the merchandise to us, DO NOT RETURN the merchandise yourself.

Lost Merchandise
Merchandise lost in shipment will be replaced after the shipment has been traced. Upon notification from the carrier of non-delivery, a claim will be filed, the merchandise replaced or a credit applied.



  Privacy Policy
Beauty Charm Company will not sell nor exchange names, mailing addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses or other personal information about its customers with third parties. Any personal information provided by our customers is kept private, secure, and used only to process the orders and to contact you in the event we have questions regarding your request or order. We may also collect data volunteered by our visitors and customers, such as survey, demographic or product preference information. This information is used solely to improve our web site and the overall experience we provide to our customers, and is treated as confidential unless otherwise clearly indicated. The Beauty Charm Company fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we reasonably believe to be unlawful.

  Medical Insurance Coverage
Hairgoods purchased for hair loss reasons or as hair replacements, are considered "Medical Hair Prostheses". Many health insurance plans cover this expense. Ask your doctor to write a refillable prescription for a "Medical Hair Prosthesis", and be sure it is always written this way on any invoice, check or insurance form. DO NOT use the word "Wig".
 
 
 
  Tax Information
Tax Deduction  
Unreimbursed costs for the kind of medical expense are tax deductible as permitted by law. This includes the cost of supplies, service and transportation.
 

  To Become a Customer
We will need the following information to establish an account:
1. Company name, address
  2.   Company contact and phone number
  3.   Certificate of resale number
  4.   Bank name, bank phone number and branch location (if applicable)
  5.   Company or personal credit card information
  6.   Bank contact and company account number(s)
  7.   Company' Dun & Bradstreet rating (if applicable)
  8.   An order must be placed at the same time you are set up as a customer.
